Manage HR operations and internal work systems efficiently, smoothly, and in compliance with all relevant laws. Scope of work covers recruitment, payroll and benefits, tax and social security filings, and statutory compliance across 2 school campuses (3 entities). This role also involves document control, immediate problem-solving, and continuous process improvements to boost overall organizational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Age not over 45 years old
- Good personality and professional appearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Excellent command of English
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
- High level of responsibility and accountability
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with a strong preference for documentation and administrative work
- Experience with TigerSoft will be an advantage
- Work smart with efficiency and initiative
- Salary 45,000 - 50,000 Baht
