Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the hotel’s overall commercial strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
Develop and execute innovative sales & marketing strategies to strengthen the hotel’s market positioning and brand awareness.
Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales & Marketing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, business partners, travel agents, media, KOLs, and strategic partners.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, PR, campaigns, and brand initiatives to drive direct bookings and outlet revenue.
Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Operations, and other departments to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel revenue.
