Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections for all architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Monitor and inspect architectural installations such as walls, ceilings, partitions, flooring, doors, windows, built-in furniture, and finishing works.

Review shop drawings, materials, and mock-ups to ensure they meet project quality requirements before installation.

Check completed work and identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from standards and coordinate corrective actions with the site team and subcontractors.

Prepare quality inspection reports, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure proper use of materials and verify that they comply with approved material submittals.

Conduct site walks daily to ensure ongoing works meet the required quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with the Architectural Supervisor, Project Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure work progress aligns with quality objectives.

Maintain all QC documentation, inspection checklists, and records for audits and project handover.

Assist in final inspections, snag lists, and prepare documentation for project completion and handover.

Actively monitor workmanship and ensure that finishing works meet high-quality aesthetic standards.
