-มีประสบการณ์ตำแหน่ง Housekeeping Manager หรือ Assistant Housekeeping Manager อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
-มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานความสะอาดและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพห้องพัก
-มีทักษะการบริหารทีมงาน สร้างภาวะผู้นำ และพัฒนา Mindset ที่ดีให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
-มีความสามารถในการบริหารต้นทุนและควบคุมสต็อกอุปกรณ์แผนก
-ทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
-สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานโรงแรมได้
