Sales Tour Counter Manager

Location: Phuket, Thailand

Travstore Travel is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Tour Counter Manager to join our team in Phuket.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in the travel or tourism industry who enjoys working with people, supporting a sales team, and helping grow tour sales across our hotel partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and oversee tour counters at partner hotels across Phuket
- Help the team improve tour sales and booking performance
- Monitor counter performance and suggest ways to increase sales
- Recruit, train, and support tour counter staff
- Find new tours, activities, and attractive offers for customers
- Keep tour information, pricing, and promotions up to date
- Visit tour counters regularly and support daily operations
- Build good relationships with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners

Requirements
- Age 28–35 years
- 3+ years of experience in tourism, travel sales, tour operations, hotel tour desks, or related fields
- Friendly, positive, and sales-minded
- Good communication and people skills
- Experience supporting or leading a team is preferred
- Good command of Thai and English
- Comfortable travelling between hotel locations in Phuket
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Existing connections with hotels, suppliers, or travel agents are a plus
