Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Content Creator; Photo & Video to join our Marketing Team. The role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, property launches, events, and corporate communications.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, storytelling, and content planning, with the ability to transform marketing concepts into engaging visual content from initial idea and storyboard through to final production.
This is a hands-on creative role requiring someone who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with the marketing, design, sales, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities Photography & Videography
● Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for property developments, show units, construction updates, lifestyle content, events, corporate activities, interviews, and social media.
● Capture high-quality photography and video footage that reflects the company's brand positioning and visual standards.
● Manage camera setup, lighting, audio, composition, framing, and other production requirements.
● Conduct both planned productions and responsive/on-site content shoots when required.
● Ensure sufficient coverage and different formats are captured for use across multiple marketing channels.

Storyboarding & pre-production
● Develop creative concepts, shot lists, scripts, mood boards, and storyboards before production.
● Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into clear visual storytelling concepts.
● Plan filming locations, talent requirements, props, equipment, shooting schedules, and production requirements.
● Work closely with the Marketing Director and relevant teams to ensure concepts align with campaign objectives and brand direction.
● Research visual trends and develop new content ideas relevant to property, lifestyle, hospitality, and luxury markets.
Video Editing & Post-Production
● Edit video content from raw footage through to final delivery.
● Create engaging short-form and long-form content including:
○ Social media Reels and short videos
○ Property showcase videos
○ Construction progress videos
○ Lifestyle videos
○ Interviews
○ Event highlights
○ Corporate videos
○ Digital advertising content
● Perform colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and basic visual effects where required.
● Select appropriate music, footage, graphics, and pacing to create compelling visual stories.
● Adapt master content into different formats and dimensions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, digital advertising, and presentations.

Content Creation & Social Media Support
● Support the Marketing Team in developing regular visual content for the company's social media channels.
● Create platform-specific content that is engaging, visually consistent, and aligned with the brand.
● Identify opportunities to create spontaneous and behind-the-scenes content during events, property visits, construction activities, and team activities.
● Stay updated on current social media, photography, video, editing, and content trends.
● Recommend new creative approaches and formats that can improve content performance and audience engagement.
Brand & Asset Management
● Ensure all visual content follows company and brand guidelines.
● Maintain consistent visual quality across all photography and video production.
● Organise and maintain the company's photo and video asset library.
● Manage raw footage, project files, final exports, and archive materials in a structured manner.
● Ensure completed content is properly labelled and easily accessible for future marketing use.
Collaboration
● Work closely with the Marketing Director, Graphic Designer, Social Media Team, Sales Team, external photographers/videographers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
● Participate in campaign brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
● Coordinate with external production partners when additional production support is required.
● Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, video editing, or a similar creative role.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
● Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
● Experience within real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, architecture, or travel industries is an advantage.
