รายละเอียด

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in European cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, or Fine Dining).

Culinary Skills: Strong expertise in traditional and modern European techniques, stocks, sauces, and butchery/seafood preparation.

Management: Ability to lead the kitchen team in place of the Executive Chef, maintain plating standards, and manage food costs and inventory.

Standards: Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Leadership & Languages: Proficient in English communication, strong leadership, and skilled in on-the-spot problem solving.
