Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience as a Commercial Director, Business Development Director or a similar position in the field of Sales, Marketing, Event & Entertainment Management and Retails industry
• Complete understanding of the market and consumer behavior
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to build & maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and staff
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Good researching and negotiation skills
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
