Job Detail
* Have experience in Store Management at least 1 years with good English communication.
* Good retail experience with good service mind
willing to do service and operation work
* Lead the Store by representing the Brand and driving its initiatives whilst aligning to Phuket High procedures and quest for excellence.
* Happy with upselling.
* Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational excellence and people leadership, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment.
* Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts
*Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment
*Always Keep the shop and workplace clean and tidy.
* Work as Team .
