Freecode Co., Ltd. based in Thailand, represents TOP Bio-solutions from Europe and America (all 0 residues) in South East Asia

The Field Trials Specilaist facilitate Freecode products adaptation to Thailand and others ASEAN crops/market and report to the CEO. Key duties of the job include:

Design, develop and execute crop programs to ensure product adaptation/performance to the local and South East Asia crops conditions mainly focus on Fruits and vegetables;
Support and advice customers and farmers to run product trials including crop management, target, and right time of application;
Permanent business intelligence and market research activities to feed the portfolio strategy and Business Plans;
Liaising and negotiating with customers and regulatory authorities;
Ensuring compliance with local and SEA regulations keeping up to date with changes in regulatory;
Maintaining familiarity with company product ranges in studying scientific and legal documents;
Business Intelligence (looking for relevant information, from the market, distributors, industrial sector, exhibitions and congress, competitors, etc.)

Qualified candidates hold a relevant bachelor degree in agronomy, Tropical and have developed the followings skills:

-Crop knowledge mainly Fruits & Vegetables
-Crop management expertise focus on Fruits & Vegetables
-Design develop and execute product trials
-Communication and negotiation skills;
-Analytical skills;
-Time management skills;
-Problem-solving skills;
-Interpersonal skills;
-IT skills;
-The proficiency and good command of the English Language and Agronomic Degree is mandatory. Candidates with a proven experience in a similar position will be taken in high consideration. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, self-discipline and have the maturity, judgment and confidence to take on increasingly difficult assignments and work independently.

This position is Home-office focus with local travelling to follow up trials.
