-Able to travel
-Develop and implement creative activities and services to be held at the Beach and Poolside
-Research, schedule seminars/tours on local area
-Create and implement an operations plan to manage the business to pre-determined margins
-Communicate actively with operations departments and resort senior leadership team
-Organise and manage calendar for including scheduling meetings and arranging travel
-Work with manager to develop sales and performance goals for the department
