Hampton Marketing is hiring a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who thinks visually and moves fast. You turn ideas into strong visuals, sharp edits, and content people stop scrolling for.

Are you into:
• Designing content people save and share
• Editing reels and videos with strong pacing and rhythm
• Translating brand direction into clean, consistent visuals
• Working with restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, and luxury developments
• Keeping up with visual trends, formats, and platform styles

What you’ll do:
• Graphic Design: Design social posts, carousels, stories, menus, posters, and campaign assets
• Video Editing: Edit reels, short-form videos, and brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and ads
• Visual Direction: Follow brand guidelines and apply them across all outputs
• Content Support: Work with strategists and social managers to execute ideas clearly
• Asset Management: Organise files, templates, and project folders
• Refinement: Adjust visuals based on feedback and deadlines

You bring:
• Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Clear eye for layout, colour, typography, and pacing
• Understanding of what works on social platforms
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Confidence handling multiple brands and deadlines
