Hampton Marketing is hiring a Media Buyer (Ads Specialist) focused on performance marketing. You will plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns for hospitality, F&B, real estate, and lifestyle brands in Thailand and beyond across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.

You should be strong at:
• Building and optimising campaigns across Google, TikTok, and Meta
• Setting up tracking, pixels, events, and conversions with clean reporting
• Testing audiences, creatives, and offers to improve cost per result and ROAS
• Turning data into clear weekly actions
• Managing budgets across multiple brands and campaigns

What you’ll do:
• Build full-funnel strategies for lead gen and sales
• Set up and manage accounts end to end across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Run structured A/B tests (audiences, creatives, placements, landing pages)
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Optimise daily and weekly to improve results
• Report performance, insights, and next steps to clients and the team
• Collaborate with creatives and account leads to brief assets and scale winners

You bring:
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM
• Strong tracking and attribution basics (pixels, events, conversions)
• Confidence reading metrics and making fast decisions
• Solid organisation and budget control across multiple accounts
• Clear communication skills
• Agency or multi-brand experience is a plus
