Qualifications
• Graduated bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Holding a valid Nursing and Midwifery license according to Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in medical clinic and wellness business is an advantage
• Flexible with working schedule, able to work on the weekend is preferable.
• Interested in Wellness & Aesthetics and willing to learn.
• No discrimination towards others.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Problems solving skills.
• Having service mind and good attitude for providing services.
• Facilitates responsible behavior
• Responds effectively to service related and technical problems
• Must show genuine empathy for clients
• Should have good physical stamina
• Should apply safe working practices
• Should have efficient time management qualities for performing the execution of services within the specified time laid down for each treatment line as per the SOP
• Nurse License

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to apply subject knowledge in practical executions like regular BP monitoring, first aid, handling medical emergencies, conducting CPR etc.
• Ability to execute procedures like Intravenous therapy (IV therapy), Hyperthermia etc. and monitor it closely till the procedure is completed.
• Willingness to learn and execute processes like PRP, Aesthetics treatment (post training & qualifying)
• Willingness to execute Wellness service like Appliance execution as and when required
• Prepare and manage daily stock of medicines and medical supplies.
• Medicine dispenses and advises following medical prescriptions.
• Perform rapid screening tests and interpretation
• Is able to identify undiagnosed illnesses, injuries, diseases, conditions & know whether appliance / therapy is appropriate in each situation or not.
• Coordinates and follow-up with the laboratory when sending the patient’s specimen.
• Medicine dispenses and advises following medical prescriptions.
• Providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.
• Perform rapid screening tests and interpretation.
• To maintain infection control standards in all assessment and treatment rooms
• To ensure that post assessment / treatment, good care is taken of all clients
• Is able to assist the Doctor / during assessment
• Is able to assist the aesthetic doctor for Aesthetics treatment
• Is able to suggest additional treatment line as identified and gauged during the execution of Appliance sessions if applicable
• To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with company policies with high standards of personal appearance and personal hygiene, and in an ethical manner.
• Report problems, and mistakes and send the incident report to clinic manager.
• Should adhere to the Medical Contraindications (based on individual case) with respect to Therapies & Appliances as guided by the Doctor
