1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านการออกแบบภายในประเทศ หรือ ต่างประเทศ
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบภายใน อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
3. มีความเข้าใจในวัสดุตกแต่งภายในเป็นอย่างดี
4. มีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้ และแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่ๆ
5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เข้าใจ
6. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถควบคุมดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้
7. มีความกระตือรือร้น และมีความรับผิดชอบ
8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto Cad / Sketch Up / 3D/ Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบได้ดี
