Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum of relevant financial experience in the hotel industry, in a senior level finance position of a hotel.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control
principles including generally accepted accounting principles.
Familiar with the local business practices and strategic planning on both a mid/long term scale.
Financially astute, able to drive financial performance and understand commercial implications.
