ตำแหน่ง : Operation Manager

Holiplanet – Holiday Rentals is an international real estate group that has been managing villas and apartments and hotels over the last 15 years. We are now seeking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operation Manager. Your mission is to be responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple residential properties owned and/or managed by Holiplanet Holiday Rentals.

In detail:

• Recruit, train and motivate the operation team
• Performing and supervising effective property operations
• Conducting regular, daily, weekly and monthly inspections of properties
• Ensure proper functioning of building systems
• Maximizing overall appearance of property
• Performing and arranging for maintenance repairs
• Managing the work performed by in-house maintenance staff
• Recruit and managing outside contractors
• Performing regular inspections of the buildings and systems

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Thai languages.
• Experience in general residential construction repairs
• Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act and Residential Leases
• Possess excellent organization, time management skills
• Have a strong ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
