Role & Responsibilities:
- Join an international team of professionals and seize opportunities for professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with our architects to provide expertise in MEP design and structural engineering.
- Ensure compliance with Thailand's regulations and international standards in structural design.
- Prepare accurate drawings and method statements for retrofit, modification, and demolition work in Civil and Structural projects.
- Generate comprehensive engineering reports and conduct thorough surveys.
- Provide technical support and guidance on engineering topics and constructability.
- Coordinate designs, conduct site surveys, and adhere to Thailand and international standards (US, Europe).
- Prepare MTO/BOQ for precise cost estimation.
- Design fluid piping systems, fire protection, HVAC, sanitation, power, and control systems.
- Offer guidance to subcontractors, including builders, plumbers, and electricians, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, with knowledge of Revit considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with various engineering software.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Engineering license required).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Specialization in Thai building law is highly advantageous.
