Job Description:

The job involves post-sales support, preparing quotations, and coordinating with various departments within the company.
Additionally, it includes checking and repairing rooms before customers arrive to receive them, preparing documents before room handover, and arranging luggage before delivering rooms to customers. Moreover, it involves managing and checking documents from sales to prepare for the next suite transfer. Furthermore, it involves organizing systems and recording repair work to track repairs and completion of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in both English and Russian languages.
Knowledge in repair work or understanding of post-sales tasks.
Passion for customer service and excellent problem-solving skills.
