WHAT’S YOUR ROLE…

● You are the face and the driving force of the bars, no drink will leave until you're satisfied it's to your standard.
● Creativity is in your blood, daily specials jaw dropping drinks are what you do, your instagram is full of your craft
● You've worked with some big names and you know the set up of each bar is key to the success, you can train, you can motivate .
● Every drink you create is instagram worthy, we need the wow moment when people see your drinks .
● You're used to menu designing and creating signature cocktails with a costing background to match.
● We are all about using local suppliers, and being creative in how we take local ingredients.
● Provide administrative support for the preparation of Cabanas meetings.
● Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
● Provide administrative support for the preparation of Cabanas meetings.
● Achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
● Handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
● Coordinate with the bar team and other departments, looking after bar supplies.
● Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
● Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
● Assist with the compilation of new beverage lists.
