ตำแหน่ง : Asst. Human Resource Manager

Asst. Human Resources Manager (1)
General Duties:
Your day-to-day duties as an HR Manager/Asst.HR Manager will include managing of all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

1. Modeling Hospitality Standard.
2. Establishes effective office procedures in terms of keeping accurate up to date employees’ files, correspondence, reports, process of employees’ relations and communication.
3. Acts as a role model in employee’s relations
4. Setup effective selection and hiring procedures to assure getting the best available employees for the specific jobs, reviews procedures on regular basis.
5. Prepares competitive salaries and benefits surveys and puts recommendations forward for improvement.
6. Assures that all employees working for the company are lawfully employed and registered.
7. Prepares and implements effective orientation process for new hires and re-orientation for existing employees (in conjunction with the Training Department).
8. Assists the department heads to gain maximum productivity out of each employee.
9. Acts as arbitrator between department heads and employees.
10.Responsible for Welfare & Benefit Costs.
11.Prepares and implements annual employee Activity Plan, Benefits and rewards packages.
12.Prepares and implements effective employee’s communication system.
13.Carries out all other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

1. At least 3 years of work experience related to human resources.
2. Bachelor Degree Human Resource Management, General Management, Law, Political Science, Psychology and or related fields.
3. Knowledge and understanding of human resource management or have completed training on various labor matters.
4. knowledge and understanding about the Labor Protection Act. and know the principles of management within the company how to use the principles of human resource management.
5. Able to communicate in English.
