Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably in an international hotel chain

Strong knowledge of hotel products, market segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, Government), and local market conditions

Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Result-oriented with strong sales and revenue-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM systems and hotel sales tools is an advantage

Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken

Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive service attitude in line with Accor brand standards
