Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination role within a hotel or hospitality environment

Good understanding of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and departmental procedures

Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail

Ability to coordinate effectively with F&B outlets, kitchen, sales, finance, and other operational departments

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with POS systems, inventory control, or F&B-related systems is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken

Service-minded attitude with professional appearance
