Position: Community Manager

Location: Around the Thailand

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategies to build and engage a vibrant community of users or residents.
Manage and moderate online forums, social media channels, and other community platforms to foster positive interactions and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Respond promptly to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Organize and host community events, workshops, and activities to encourage networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to align community initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Monitor community trends, sentiment, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and distribute engaging content, such as newsletters, blog posts, and user-generated content, to enrich the community experience.
Establish and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
Track and analyze community metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and inform future strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for fostering positive online communities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
