What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the MEP technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of all MEP-related work
- Develop and implement detailed work plans, schedules, and quality control measures for the MEP installations
- Liaise with the project management team to address any issues or challenges that arise and provide solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, cost records, and material requisitions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of the MEP operations

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Thorough understanding of MEP systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and clients
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors
