ตำแหน่ง : QS Engineer
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers
- Provide quantity surveying expertise to project teams, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule
- Analyse and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor and report on project costs, identifying and mitigating potential overruns
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to optimise project efficiency
- Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or QS Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in the use of construction management software, such as AutoCAD and Primavera
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
