Our company provides services in three main parts: legal services, visa and work permit services, as well as real estate agency services. Almost 100% of our clients are foreigners. Therefore, we are inviting individuals with excellent English language skills to join our team.

In-house Lawyer *** Fluent in English

▪️Job Description:
- Drafting contracts/documents, reviewing contracts, and providing legal opinions, especially in the real estate field, in both Thai and English languages.
- Handling the registration of property transfers, lease agreements, and other rights registrations at the land office.
- Drafting legal documents, agreements, meeting minutes, and other documents for company operations.
- Coordinating with government agencies such as the land office, district office, provincial commerce office, provincial court/district court/juvenile and family court, district chief officer, social security office, and accounting office.
- Liaising between the company and legal clients, visa/work permit clients, and real estate clients.
- Drafting Notification letters, civil and criminal lawsuits for court proceedings.

▪️ Qualifications:
- Both genders, aged between 25 - 32 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- Proficient in both English and Thai languages with good communication skills (proficiency in a third language such as French, Chinese, Russian, etc., will be considered an advantage).
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and necessary software for document work.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in court litigation will be considered an advantage.
▪️Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 hrs.
▪️#Salary: Commensurate with abilities and work experience. (#Start at 20,000 - 35,000 per month)
