Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced, English-fluent, dynamic Luxury Villa Manager to oversee the operation and management of our award-winning luxury beachfront villa.
- The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury accommodations, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in leadership, guest relations, operations management, and team development.
- This role offers the opportunity to curate unforgettable experiences for our discerning international clientele while leading all aspects of villa operations, staff management, vendor coordination, financial administration, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Client Relations
- Manage the complete guest journey from pre-arrival planning through departure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Coordinate guest preferences, transportation, dining experiences, activities, wellness services, celebrations, and special requests.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or service recovery situations.
Villa Operations Management
- Supervise and manage all aspects of villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular inspections of villas, facilities, equipment, and grounds.
- Ensure the property consistently meets company standards and guest expectations.
Staff Leadership & Human Resources
- Lead, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate villa staff.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
- Resolve staff-related issues professionally and proactively.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, service providers, travel partners, and local businesses.
- Coordinate external services including chefs, transportation providers, wellness practitioners, activity operators, and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure all third-party services meet company quality standards.
- Concierge & Experience Management
- Oversee all concierge services and guest activities.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively arrange memorable experiences.
- Assist in developing new guest programs, experiences, and service offerings.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage villa expenses, guest accounts, petty cash, purchasing, and operational budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records and operational reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, villa supplies, guest amenities, and procurement activities.
- Support ownership with budgeting and operational planning.
Property Maintenance & Quality Control
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure villa presentation, cleanliness, and functionality remain at luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and compliance procedures.
Communication & Problem Solving
- Serve as the primary point of contact between guests, staff, vendors, and ownership.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication at all times.
- Resolve guest, operational, and staff-related challenges efficiently and effectively.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Support villa marketing, promotional, and business development activities.
- Assist with property inspections, agent visits, partnerships, and guest referral opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest experiences and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in luxury villas, boutique hotels, luxury resorts, private estates, or hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Professional references required.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Chinese or Russian language skills are advantageous but not required.
- Experience working with international guests and multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- High standards of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Strong financial administration and AP/AR accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency with hospitality software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Hospitality, tourism, business, or management qualifications are preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Location Requirement
- The villa is located at Natai Beach, approximately 30 minutes north of Phuket International Airport.
- Applicants must currently reside in Phuket, Phang Nga, or be willing to relocate.
