The Boathouse is one of the four properties in the Boutique Collection by HPL Hotels & Resorts. The other three are in Malaysia, i.e., the Casa del Rio in Malacca, the Casa del Mar in Langkawi and The Lakehouse in the Cameron Highlands.

ตำแหน่ง : Food & Beverage Manager
•Title: F&B Manager (Dept Head level)
•Starting date early June 2024
•Female or male Thai or Expat with Thailand experience, contract on local terms, on case-by-case basis
•Salary THB 70 – 100K based on candidate profile & experience
•Ideally experienced candidate from independent / restaurant / catering business background or even business owner, hands-on entrepreneur type, not “office admin” mentality
•Preferably international background, must have Thailand experience at managerial level, speaking additional languages (e.g. Russian, Chinese, Arabic) an advantage
•Must have at least 3- 5 years F&B management leadership experience, managing small teams (up to 30 pax) and managing business worth THB 20M
•Will oversee our F&B operation including pool bar, drive sales (Ops & Events), guest relations, manage team (service & kitchen)

• วันที่เริ่มงาน ต้นเดือนมิถุนายน 2567
• เพศหญิงหรือชาย ชาวไทยหรือชาวต่างชาติที่มีประสบการณ์ในประเทศไทย สัญญาตามเงื่อนไขท้องถิ่น เป็นรายกรณี
• เงินเดือน 70,000 – 100,000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับประวัติผู้สมัครและประสบการณ์
• ผู้สมัครที่มีประสบการณ์ในอุดมคติจากธุรกิจอิสระ / ร้านอาหาร / การจัดเลี้ยง หรือแม้แต่เจ้าของธุรกิจ ประเภทผู้ประกอบการที่ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ไม่ใช่ความคิดแบบ "ผู้ดูแลระบบสำนักงาน"
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในต่างประเทศ, ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในประเทศไทยในระดับบริหารจัดการ สามารถพูดภาษาเพิ่มเติมได้ (เช่น รัสเซีย จีน อาหรับ) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์ความเป็นผู้นำด้านการจัดการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี บริหารจัดการทีมขนาดเล็ก (สูงสุด 30 คน) และบริหารจัดการธุรกิจมูลค่า 20 ล้านบาท
• ดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของเรา รวมถึงบาร์ริมสระน้ำ กระตุ้นยอดขาย (ปฏิบัติการและกิจกรรม) ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ จัดการทีม (บริการและห้องครัว)
