DEMAREST CLINIC is looking for

Position: Janitor -START IMMEDIATELY

Base Salary: 25,000 Baht per month
Annual Leave
Performance bonus

Responsibilities:
Clean and supply designated clinic areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes
Remove debris and snow from sidewalks

Qualifications:

A minimum high school diploma or equivalency
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Preferred one-year previous janitorial experience
