- experience as senior manager/head of luxury lifestyle service provider with sales/marketing/management skills
- ⁠experience with yacht charter in the region
- ⁠ability to manage complex situations and meet the expectations of high end clients
- ⁠experience in managing a similar business, especially overseeing sales-marketing and including running p&l
- ⁠can speak english, thai, and any additional languages
- ⁠able to travel outside of Phuket from time to time (bangkok, singapore, hong kong, malaysia)
- ⁠enjoy and understand the yachting lifestyle
- ⁠existing contacts with brokers, agents and customers within the network and in the region would be helpful

Job description
- oversee charter operation in Thailand, particularly Phuket, but also Pattaya
- ⁠connect and expand network of agents and partners within the yachting industry as well as other relevant sector
- ⁠work alongside marketing team to initiate campaigns and any relevant activation of markets and pitching of charter listing and management proposals
- ⁠explore opportunities for cross territory marketing and synergy within office network
- ⁠initiate, interact and foster long term relationship with key customers and contacts
- ⁠grow and support team and network of charter sales brokers and agents
- ⁠attend events and international yachting festivals
- ⁠devise business plan that maximise opportunities across current operations and potential including creating any synergy with yacht sales and service department
