Director of Central Landscape Laguna Phuket

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leadership of the landscape management team, across common area, multiple hotels and residential development
• Planning, design and implementation of landscape projects, including garden design, irrigation systems, drainage plans, hardscape such as pathways
• Development of landscape maintenance plans, including cutting and mowing schedules, composting and gardens maintenance
• Setting expectations for all internal and external manning, including working procedures, safety standards and professionalism
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with hotel and resort management, and property owners, to understand their needs and preferences
• Create and manage budgets for landscaping projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design or related field
• Proven track record as a Director or Senior Landscape Manager within hotels and residential areas
• Detailed knowledge of trees, plants, composting and other gardening techniques
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, Thai native speaking with strong English skills is preferred
