Lifestyle Partnerships Executive
Location: Phuket, Bang Tao
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 40,000 THB during probation / 50,000 THB after successful completion of probation

Role Overview
Gardens of Eden is looking for a Lifestyle Partnerships Executive to grow and manage our partnership program.

This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with trusted, top-tier partners in Phuket who can provide exclusive privileges, preferred terms, and lifestyle services for our residence owners and residents.

The goal is to continue building a curated ecosystem of premium partners that supports everyday needs, exclusive experiences, and a luxury lifestyle standard within the Gardens of Eden community.

Key Responsibilities
Search for and approach new strategic partners in Phuket
Build partnerships with brands and service providers aligned with the Gardens of Eden lifestyle standard
Negotiate partnership terms, resident benefits, discounts, packages, and service conditions
Coordinate contracts and partnership agreements
Maintain strong day-to-day communication with active partners
Ensure partners feel supported, valued, and well represented within the program
Update the Eden Card portal with partner information, offers, and any changes
Support partner onboarding and system setup
Organize partner briefings, training sessions, or operational follow-up when needed
Monitor the quality, relevance, and consistency of partner offers
Work closely with the marketing team to continue growing the Eden Card ecosystem

Requirements
Thai nationality
Native Thai language
English level B2 or above — able to speak confidently, read and understand documents, and handle negotiations
Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, account management, hospitality, luxury services, events, or another relationship-driven role
Relevant university degree preferred, such as:
Business Administration
Marketing
Hospitality Management
Tourism Management
Communications
Public Relations
Event Management
International Business
or another related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Good understanding of Thai business culture and relationship management
Existing network in Phuket’s premium lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, event, or service sector would be a strong advantage

A strong candidate may come from the partnership, hospitality, luxury service, or event industry, especially if they already know the right people on the island and understand how to build long-term business relationships in a thoughtful and culturally sensitive way.
