1.วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย หรือ เทียบเท่า หรือมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
2.มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
3.มีทักษะในการสร้างจิตสำนึกต่อความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
4.มีทักษะในการเป็นผู้นำ
5.สามารถสอนงานและให้คำปรึกษาพนักงานทุกระดับได้เป็นอย่างดี
6.มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
7.มีความรู้ความชำนาญในการจัดทำแผนงานความปลอดภัย
