Qualifications

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security operations. Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred.
-Possess keen observational skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions during emergency situations.
-Strong service mind with a polite and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues across various departments.
-In good physical health with a professional appearance. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and public holidays.
-Basic knowledge of First Aid, fire safety/firefighting, and relevant security laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
-Patrol the hotel/resort premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, to prevent incidents, trespassing, or fire hazards.
-Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors, contractors, and vehicles, ensuring proper registration and identification.
-Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees, as well as their belongings and company property.
-Maintain a daily security log and prepare detailed reports on any unusual incidents or security breaches.
-Provide assistance and information to guests politely and coordinate with local police or external agencies when necessary.
