Female candidate, preferably 25 years old or above

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field

At least 2+ year of experience in Front Office or Guest Service roles

Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading); knowledge of a third language such as Russian, German, or Chinese is an advantage

Pleasant personality with a friendly attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for hospitality

Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to perform well under pressure

Proficient in hotel management systems such as Opera, Comanche, or other PMS

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Understanding of Wellness Hospitality concepts and a commitment to a sustainable healthy lifestyle

Strong knowledge and understanding of wellness concepts, yoga, holistic health, or nutrition

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest services or coordinating wellness programs

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages such as Russian or German are an advantage

Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain and present information effectively

Passionate about health and wellness lifestyles, with a desire to share positive practices with guests

Ability to work professionally with yoga teachers, alternative medicine practitioners, chefs, or therapists

Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internal booking systems

Professional attitude with a strong commitment to holistic, guest-centered service
