Night Manager 1 pax
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or Guest Service in hotels/resorts.
• Experience with PMS systems such as Opera PMS, Comanche, or similar systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting basics, cashiering, and revenue reconciliation.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility.

Guest Service Agent Supervisor 1 pax
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or Hospitality, preferably in wellness or lifestyle hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in hotel systems (Opera/Comanche PMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Thai or additional languages are an advantage.
• Passion for wellness, holistic living, and guest-centric service.

Guest Service Agent Senior 2 pax
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations; experience in luxury or wellness resorts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
