The Junior Sous Chef assist and report the Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising kitchen staff. The role involves supporting food preparation, monitoring kitchen performance, and ensuring consistency in food presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities
-Assist the Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
-Prepare, cook, and present food according to company standards and recipes.
-Supervise and support kitchen staff during service.
-Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
-Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
-Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP requirements.
-Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
-Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
