ตำแหน่ง : IT Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support
• At least 1 year of experience in POS systems and Comanche software
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows operating systems
• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems, Comanche, and related equipment
• Basic knowledge of network systems (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
• Ability to provide on-site technical support effectively and promptly
• Good communication skills with a strong service-minded attitude
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
