Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support / Villa Searcher to assist our sales and business development team in sourcing luxury villas and supporting rental and sales inquiries. This role combines property research, coordination, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.
This position is open to Thai and international candidates with strong organizational skills and an interest in luxury real estate and hospitality.
Summary of Tasks & Duties
The Sales Support / Villa Searcher supports the sales team by identifying suitable villas, preparing property information, coordinating viewings, and assisting with client inquiries and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Villa Sourcing & Research
Identify and source luxury villas for rental, management, or sale based on client and company requirements
Conduct market research on villa availability, locations, pricing, and features
Maintain an up-to-date database of villas, owners, and key property information
Sales & Client Support
Assist the sales team with responding to client inquiries and villa search requests
Prepare villa comparisons, presentations, and proposals for clients
Coordinate villa inspections, site visits, and appointments with owners or managers
Administrative & Operational Support
Support contract preparation, onboarding documentation, and property checklists
Maintain accurate records of leads, searches, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and finance teams
Owner & Partner Coordination
Communicate with villa owners, agents, and partners to gather information and availability
Support relationship management with property owners and local partners
Ensure accurate and professional communication at all times
Quality & Brand Standards
Ensure all property information is accurate and presented to luxury brand standards
Support timely follow-ups and a smooth sales process
Assist with reporting and pipeline tracking
Qualifications & Requirements
For Candidates
Experience in sales support, real estate, hospitality, or administrative roles
Good English communication skills
Knowledge of Phuket and Koh Samui areas, villa locations, and the property market is an advantage
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
General Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and structured working style
Professional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple searches simultaneously
