Junior Events Coordinator

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Good command of English
- At least 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related role will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple events at the same time
High level of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Canva
- Detail-oriented with a strong preference for documentation and administrative work
- Willing to work flexible hours during school events
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to organize school events
- Manage whole-school events together with the Marketing & Communications Manager and MARCOM Director
- Create detailed event timelines and running orders
- Delegate job requests to Support Staff and arrange meetings in advance of large events
- Collaborate with providers for good prices and arrange supply
- Set up and manage registration systems such as online ticketing
- Support the setup of promotional booths, including transportation, set up, pack up, and ordering materials
- Select appropriate venues and communicate requirements in advance
- Manage Trello cards, orders, and payments, ensuring all orders stay within budget
- Monitor expenses and budgets and report to the Manager and Director
- Monitor the events storage room, manage inventory, and coordinate term-break clean ups with Housekeeping
- Develop SOPs for all events together with the - Marketing & Communications Manager
- Communicate professionally with parents and business partners for school events and related work
- Create presentations and present to relevant teams
- Create media in Canva using established templates
Benefits:
- Salary: 25,000 Baht + Monthly Bonus 5,000 Baht
- 1 free lunch per working day
