ตำแหน่ง : Sales & Marketing Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership or cluster/multi-property role
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution channels, and market segmentation • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and market data
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working with international markets, luxury or resort hotels is preferred
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and result-oriented mindset •
