• Develop a new signature coffee and refine the drink menu to align with seasonal trends.
• Ensure the counter is clean, fully stocked, and always operating efficiently.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation.
• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to guests, guiding them through drink options.
• Collaborate with management and floor staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively.

Who You Are
• You have over 2 years of barista experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Hands-on, reliable, and highly organized.
• Capable of managing stress, multitasking, and inspiring others.
• Proficient in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
