ตำแหน่ง : Bar Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar equipment
• Ability to lead bar operations and support training of junior staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ability to handle inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Capable of working under pressure and multitasking during busy shifts
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service
• Passion for mixology and continuous improvement
