ตำแหน่ง : L&D Executive / L&D Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The L&D Executive is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that employees acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to perform effectively and support the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate in-house and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.
- Maintain and update training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluation data.
- Support the design and development of training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and other learning tools.
- Liaise with external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
