ตำแหน่ง : Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager
Responsible for managing, supporting and motivating the spa team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation, development and profitability of the spa.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
In collaboration with upper management, oversees financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, purchasing and inventory control.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree.
Possess a valid Spa Manager License.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities in both Thai and English.
Ability to manage staff and finances effectively.
