Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
• Develop and execute annual marketing communication plans that support the hotel, spa, and restaurant business goals.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all print, digital, and on-property touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to identify market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
2. Content Creation & Creative Direction
• Produce high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, website, and print materials — either independently or through third-party creators.
• Lead and coordinate photoshoots, video content, and creative assets that align with brand aesthetics.
• Design marketing collateral (posters, menus, banners, digital ads, etc.) using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Video editing and motion graphic skills are an advantage.
3. Digital Marketing & Analytics
• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including website, Google Business Profile, and social media channels.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Leverage insights from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and OTA dashboards to guide strategy.
4. Public Relations & Media Engagement
• Maintain and grow relationships with local and national media networks, influencers, and KOLs to generate positive publicity.
• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and story pitches to strengthen brand reputation.
• Organize and host media visits, events, and collaborations to enhance brand awareness.
5. Promotions & Partnerships
• Work with F&B and Spa teams to create effective promotional campaigns and packages.
• Develop cross-promotional initiatives to drive traffic between hotel outlets.
• Identify partnership opportunities with local brands, tourism boards, and lifestyle collaborators.
6. Budget & Performance Tracking
• Manage the marketing communications budget effectively.
• Track expenditures and campaign outcomes to ensure optimal return on investment.
• Provide monthly marketing performance reports with key learnings and actionable insights.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marketing communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign reporting tools.
• Proven ability to create content and design marketing materials (Photoshop mandatory; video editing preferred).
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English; Thai language a plus.
• Established PR and media network in Phuket and Thailand (preferred).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong project management skills.
