ตำแหน่ง : Front Office Manager
Male / Female
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front OfficeManager
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Thai and English communication.
- Able to work shifts and perform well under pressure.
- Pleasant personality with a strong service mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all Front Office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure excellent guest service during check-in and check-out in line with hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower effectively.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Review daily reports, revenue, and related documentation.
- Train and develop Front Office staff.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, rules, and procedures.
