ตำแหน่ง : Real Estate Acquisition
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in property acquisition or real estate brokerage.
2. Strong ability to evaluate asset potential and investment feasibility.
3. Advanced negotiation skills with property owners and key stakeholders.
4. Solid understanding of market pricing, zoning, and development trends.
5. Ability to manage acquisition pipelines and assess ROI effectively.
6. Proficient in using market research tools and property platforms.
7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
8. Excellent communication and deal-closing abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple acquisition targets.
10. Strong professionalism, proactive mindset, and results-oriented attitude.
