ตำแหน่ง : Transaction Management Manager
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate documentation or title transfer.
2. Strong understanding of real estate laws, title deeds, and compliance.
3. Experienced in managing end-to-end transaction workflows.
4. Excellent ability to review and verify legal documents.
5. Skilled in coordinating with land offices, developers, and legal parties.
6. Strong risk management and problem-solving ability.
7. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
8. Ability to train and manage a documentation/transaction team.
9. Strong communication skills for handling clients and partners.
10. Ability to streamline processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
